No it is not. If you check the raw, wich is now linked in the description, you see that it's the translator splitting it up.
And also, it may only be me, but there's no way anyone remotely professional'd be dumb enough to cut up the first chapter like this…
(no offense to the translator, but it's not the publisher's fault this time)

Okay this time you're right. But this is because it's a paid type not the free for a duration. My bad for jumping the gun but all these split whining starting to annoy me a little and most of the time because it's already like that from the start.
