There is zero chance Tadano goes out with someone other than Komi-san. Both of them literally think about each other whenever they a minute to spare. Even if the gyaru asks Tadano out/tell him she likes him, I suspect it'll be like Tadano said i.e. hear them out and then answer properly. Unless something drastic happens, I doubt that any ship other than Tadano x Komi will sail anywhere - this manga seems way too wholesome to include NTR-like setting.
