She is like Monoma, but she does not gain knowledge on quirk usage but can transform into their users and use their quirk if she knew how it worked. While monoma instantly knows how the quirk works. But now the question is can she copy the accumulated power of stack quirk like Deku's or like monoma just get the base quirk.

@yarielist Nah its not OP just dangerous. The nerf is already in the chapter. Just look at her when she does it. Pretty clear she has limited use of things and needs unreasonable amounts of blood to be truly OP. This just means we can't tell people are who they are because of quirk use.

Also, since OFA is transfered via ingestion of dna, how would that affect Toga's ability? Would her copy ability add a multiplier to OFA if she tried to "copy" it after obtaining it? Also would it become the best of both worlds and have all for one AND one for all's perks but without the downside of leaving the quirk holder quirkless since she could copy the abilities and with all for ones evolutionary attributes have them embeded in the "dna" of OFA? or am i reaching too far with this fanfic like scenario?
