To everyone who wondered why Nino might not have noticed who Fuu was in the past, don't we have proof that she needs contacts? So, when they were younger and the mom hadn't married the doctor yet, she literally couldn't see him very well. It would explain why she never recognized his younger picture even if they met in the past. Also why she likes boys like him, because they again, met in the past but she only knew what he vaguely looked like. His hair color would still come through.

Nino very well could be the same one in the picture, but we'd never know until the events are brought up. Also could support that all five of them met him (one at a time) and still doesn't invalidate the Nino met him clause.
