Why are people saying it's going to end soon? Fuutaro haven't even developed romantic feelings with any of the girls except for Rena (who is not a real person, BTW). He has yet to fall in love to support the ending of the story.

And there's the anime which will be in 2019 so I think it won't end until at least the anime ends.

There will be no soon ending. We have yet to see 1) the flashback and the the two children friends of Fuutarou, 2) him discovering who is rena, 3) the mother of the sisters and her role in the past, 4) the sisters falling in love with him (Itsuki has yet to develop any kind of romantic feelings, Nino e Yotsuba are half-half), and expressing their love for him, 5) the sisters managing to pass the exams with no bad marks. Too many themes to explore for the manga to finish anytime soon, unless the author decides for an abrupt ending.
