I stated in the last chapter comments that I thought Ichika was the quint in danger of failing. I think maybe there's another hint to back that up in the picture of the five girls at the very end after the result is posted. Nino, Miku, Yotsuba, & Itsuki are all standing straight with proud/happy expressions on their faces. But Ichika is shown bowing, which in Japan is the posture of apology (not all the time, of course, but when you do apologize, there better be a lot of sincere bowing).

Not 100% foolproof as a theory, but there you have it...

@Seoul I see that you also examine this manga in fine detail. Unlike me, you are focused on the important questions. Please keep up the good work!

@Seoul that is not... how breasts work... neither do I think the author has placed that kind of consideration into mind. While diet can change physique, each person has their limits in how much they can shape their body outside their fat. It would take more than eating in the span of a year to get the chest size going.

For those thinking someone may fail, it may just be over-analysis or one's genre-savviness messing with ya. Just wait for the chapters to unfold and see what the author has to offer.
