Therefore Itsuki is the girl that kissed him because she is the obvious winner, whether we like it or not. @The_Smile not necessarily. I think it may not be who kissed him, but who he thought of when he was kissed. That chapter states two things. That he started thinking differently about her (whom ever she may be) since that kiss and that Fuutarou, at the time, didn't know which girl kissed him. That means the girl he began to think differently about may not be the one who missed him. So, that kiss added nothing to our knowledge of who he end up marrying.

@Amaterasu93 Sure, you could view it like that but I also highly doubt it will end up being portrayed that way. I think the author will just go with the much simpler explanation of the girl he kissed is the girl that he ends up marrying. And I still think that Itsuki is the quintuplet that is going to marry our Uesugi, and nothing anyone can say will convince me otherwise. I could be wrong of course, but when the end comes and it is Itsuki, can you really say you will be surprised?
