Well, China, Korea, and Japan all have weird censorship regulations. Since those three are the sources for the majority of the things you're going to find on here, sometimes you'll see some dumb censorship in play. My favorite is how heavily at least Korea and Japan censor their porn. I've read the reasons they think that's necessary many times but never retained much of it because it's unfathomably stupid.
