If a wonky translation can still be comprehended, then it can be excused. However, the constantly changing fonts, letter sizing, left-sided alignments and terrible word placements can't be.
It really isn't that hard to typeset, centrally align text and then position it in the middle of their speech boxes.

I truly do not understand what goes through the minds of people who release these deliberately bad translations. I've tried typesetting before, and you'd have to TRY to get it this bad. This is not simply the work of someone too lazy to do the job properly.
