Vladimir von Puntinstien is back at it again.
But... something is wrong. He'd never kill a beast that didn't mean him harm. What is this? A parallel world where he's evil?

I just realized, when I looked at the "spin-off", that they are not the same dude. This is a completely different story of a completely different, yet parallel, world.
So "spin-off" isn't exactly correct.

Masterstroke negotiation move at page 39; showing how the technology works and at the same time destroying a katana (the symbol of a japanese warrior's spirit) in front of the japanese envoy, effectively muting his will to argue and making him more compliant to Russia's demands, while also driving the point of how powerful the peacemaker is, since everyone knows that japanese steel folded a thousand times is indestructible.

In a more 'serious' remark, seeing alternate isekai putin killing his own pet tiger just feels wrong.
