Mhh il not read it too many "fuck" il wait to see if someone say the translator is a troll or not

Yep as soon as I saw they used WTF and Soz in there i was like "Nope" and got out of there. I will gladly wait for a chapter that wasn't translated by someone who only ever learned text speak.

Edit: No offense to work and time involved this person might have put in for the translation but you can only take so many liberties with the English language before it feels borderline offensive to the language.

God, I came to check the comments immediately after the first pages, but still went back to read the whole thing...I think this is the same behavior shown in the chapter, i feel braindamaged now....

Sure hope this doesn't discourage but rather encourages other groups to pick this up instead

I assume this kind of translation is somewhat close and you just need to convert it to proper english and the same idea should be there?

I enjoyed the translation, although it got annoying when the tl wrote stuff in slang. I get it that you might want to translate slang japanese to slang english, or arcaic speak to fake shakespear english, but please dont. It just makes it harder to read and understand shit. Keeping things understandable is key, and tl/n's are made for the purpose of explaining stuff like someone using a certain dialect or accent.

But do keep the cutesy verbal ticks, such as desu's and nyaa's.

As said by others here, slangs are not that good, keep in mind that a lot of non native speakers also read them in English, and for them (myself included) slangs might be complex to understand as we are not speaking english on a daily basis, even when I was, it was in a business context, hence no slangs either.
