So, imperial measurements for the girls in this chapter are:

Komi-San = Height 5 ft 7 in, Weight 108 pounds.
Manbagi (the gyaru girl) = Height 5 ft 2 in, Weight 116.4 pounds.
Ase (the sweaty girl) = Height 5 ft 0 in, Weight 101.2 pounds.

According to here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Visual_acuity#Expression there’s a decimal system, and 0.01 (I think) s roughly 20/200 ? (Where 20/20 is considered perfect?)

(Either way I’m around 6 dioptres per eye)

@iamthinking2202 - if the manga is using decimal scale, it means Isagi Kyouko is in the "blind as a bat" range. I don't remember who she is, though.
