I agree, Loid looks wrong, Yor sounds wrong, and Forger is just wrong thematically speaking.

I liked Folger because it reminded me of the coffee brand which would have been a perfect covername for their situation. Not abundantly common like the name Smith, but still has that English tone which suits the theme well given all of the English details.

Lloyd -> Loid is absolutely ridiculous, in no way is that the right name at all. Yor definitely isn't as bad but I still dislike it and I don't think it fits, Yoru is better to fit with her brother's name 'Yuri'. It also just sounds better.

They didn't actually say 'Forger' in the chapter, it was just his name on the ID (like Yoru's in one of the earlier chapters), Lloyd still said 'Folger' when actually speaking. But since they changed Yoru to Yor because of the "Official Name" that was on the ID then I wouldn't be surprised if they changed 'Folger' to 'Forger' in later chapters.

Lol, nevermind I guess. First page of chapter 11, teacher calls her 'Ania Forger'. Even changed Anya's name. god what trash

"Yor" makes more sense a name than "Yoru" when it comes to the setting (Yoru had always bothered me since it felt distinctively Japanese and thus out of place), but "Loid" doesn't. "Lloyd" was much better.
Same for "Anya" making more sense than "Ania."

Damian is actually so adorable with the mc girl. this is from ch9. there is no discussion for 9 so I comment here.

I don't really like the "Loid" spelling. Even if it's the official translation, it's very weird for an English speaker. Lloyd is much more natural. Sometimes the "official" spellings are wrong too (as in the author misspelled an English word/ name).

Lloyd lleases llamas in Llima.
