@SotiCoto Probably as much an expy/parody of Baikinman from Anpanman, the names match up somewhat (Vaccineman = Wakuchinman =~ Baikinman) and Saitama already looks very much like Anpanman himself.

so i did the math, and in the non transformed form of vaccine man, he should be around 467.36cm (or 184 in[~15 feet]) feet tall — in his transformed state he would be around 1216.66 cm (479 in[~40 feet]) tall — this is based on him having the same body part to height ratios as normal humans

(looking back on it, i got the transformed part wrong - he should probably be like 50-60ft tall)
