I get it. But we are talking about the reason why she is like that. The reason why she ran away. My point is, a miscarriage wouldn't make her leave her home and hit it off with a robber she met the first time.
I guess it could make her suicidal, but she has no reason to ran away from home.

Tldr: no miscarriage

But at the moment I have no evidence that she didn't miscarry, and no evidence a miscarriage absolutely wouldn't make her act like she did. So I'll assume it's possible, until proven otherwise. Of course, you're free to your own opinion!
