Okay, the servants already respects MC more than their master's 'lover'. This seems interesting, and at the very least the Male Lead seems respectful enough, not like the common trash Male Lead that frequently trashed MC just because he is 'buying' her. I sure hope that the Duke's supposed lover is not an annoying, money climbing whore who likes to start trouble though...

She's so adorable XD. I really like the premise and the MC so far, thank you @CroSakura for bringing us this manga ^^

@Thifa That sounds almost too obvious. It would be a nice twist if the girlfriend turned out to be sweet and kind. 👀

The ultimate moocher's life.
Now is the right time to buy gaming PC/console and all the games you fancy! Don't forget the internet!

@karolyn

I read the chapters on renta and
while she isn't quite kind, they do understand each other and Mc wishes they would have met as friends under different circumstances

Thank you for bringing the manga That i can saw on Pinterest to english! Buuut. I don't know why, when i clicked the title, it says that this manga is not available...

So this one is like that other manga but with the reputation between the two girls is swapped around. Followed because the main girl is cute.

Bored? Time to modernize the kingdom. Schools, agriculture, banks, tax reforms, pharmaceutics, etc. There is so much to do.

So the servants despise the love for no good reason. I dislike them so much. And the ML is a spineless idiot

@Qelix afaik its not a reincarnation story, shes just from a poorer noble household. She is really only used to doing what the servants do because her family had no servants, so she has no clue how to handle being pampered like this.

@theilikepie they despise the love because she is a moneysink and the mc has to be spineless or her family wont get out if debt.

@JoshuaFord no in the novel they hated her cause she was mistress, Non Nobel and distant.

I mean the Male lead was spineless. Bit the MC has problems too. She acts like a Japanese people pleaser even though this isnt isekai and shes a noble. Really mary sueish

@theilikepie i guess its been a while since i read the novel, and im sorry i misread ML as MC in your comment for some reason.
I agree ML is a spineless idiot, iirc correctly calendula, since she wasnt a noble, kind of spoiled him by letting him vent out his feelings, but that resulted in him leaving the main house, not taking on his duties (not sure for this one since he is a knight and his parents still run the fief iirc), and his spending obscene amounts of money on jewelry and dresses. The combination of those makes it understandable to me that the servants dislike her. I have a feeling part of this dislike is directed at the duke as well but since they cant say it directly it gets piled on to calendula.

Well, let's hope she will find someone good, aka not the guy who bought her.

@theilikepie "Noble" in title only. MC's family is poor af, they don't have many servants and are in debt. For goodness' sake the girl is used to doing servants' jobs like cleaning up or laundry. I don't see how her being considerate to others (not wanting to waste food, respect the contract with that guy etc is considered Mary Sue?

@Yatsuki yea it's called a purity sue. They really hammer in the fact that shes so good and kind for eating with the lowly servants. And how humble she is. The author wants you to see how good she is by reminding us every other sentence. The MC has got the respect of everyone including the servants (because she are with them, wow how majestic) the parents of the ML and everyone else. Even her own family seems nice financial issues aside. She dosent struggle much and alot of the stuff got handed to her easily.

But To be fair none of the characters are written well or are intresting.
