I love this manga, but I don't like how Tanjirou always comes up in flashbacks as the voice of reason... Like, how many times has it been for multiple characters? (and when it's Tanjirou himself, is the father instead) I wouldn't be mad if that conversation was shown before but no, is ridiculous xD like one of these days we will see the Love pillar making a cake and she will be like "hmmm ... how was the recipe again?" and then she's gonna have a flashback of that time with Tanjirou talking about how the number of eggs is critical and that what matter most is that you make it with love and a pinch of lime.

Is not something "BAD" but when you do it many times because you can't think of someone else fitting for the role, it looks silly.

@serenata in this case i dont think there is anyone else who can take tanjirou's role. he's the only one who interacts with genya on any friendly basis and he would be the one in a position to give advice about how being the weaker member in a skirmish can be helpful.
