No kidding... The stupid practice of fragmenting an entire chapter just to feed the people is the idea of an idiot - in line with the mental retardation of the past decade or so.
Why let people practice restraint and wait for an entire month (or as long as necessary) for a full chapter, if you can feed them - twitter-style - just a day earlier?
I posit those that do such things should be required to enumerate tha chapters according to the following schema:
<Chapter>.<fragment>/<total no. of fragments>
