The winning response by far to the survey was to redraw and typeset the dialogue, and only leave SFX alone. Instead everything was left un-redrawn with the text placed on top, which only got 7% of the vote.

@anon763 From what I understood, there were not to be any redraws. It was supposed to be fast and ugly. I re-read what I said instead of what my mind wanted me to see. So you are correct. I will be going back and redraw everything that deals with speech while I wait for the translator to give me his/her work.
