Few problems here.
Firstly, it isn't even on their site yet, this is a blatant attempt to grab readers and get ad revenue.
Secondly, if you do want to have chapters hosted off-site but added to mangadex, there are proper ways to do that which mangadex supports, pretty sure a bunch of pages of "go to our site" isn't it.
Thirdly, someone is already translating this.
