It certainly is nice that overtraining doesn't exist in this world.

"you might have broken a Taboo"? Why would Yamashita have broken a taboo, surely it would be whoever did the cloning, right? Or is it a sin to test DNA for some reason?

@Lithe

He must be using healing magic the wrong way in between sessions. Only way it remotely makes sense.

On another note forces down a mismatched veggies + protein powder smoothie but still eats white rice... What?

I dont know why but it's was so refreshing and satisfying to see Koga bursting his ass training like that. Then again it makes sense and required for a former punk like him to get to the level of those monster fighters

I've lost track, we're assuming Togo hired Muteba as a fighter (because what else could that call mean) so is there just 2 more spots open? Somebody give me the run-down of confirmed fighters again

Holy damn! Koga is beefed up! Since he have potential from starting kengan, now i hope he could at least be on par with Purgatory members, would be good if he's stronger than them all.

I liked the training montage. So clean! No speech bubbles!
Thanks for the upload and translations, as usual. I love this series!

We need a spin off about this lady, FOR SURE if you know what I mean.
And Koga's training gives me all kinds of bad flashbacks...

@Swift, i don't think there's anything wrong with eating a lot of rice after that kind of training..

yes rice is simple carbs that give instant energy at one time, but he did need a lot of energy at those times..

what makes people fat from eating carbs are because we normally just spent our days sitting around, so the unused energy converted into fats..

and from my real experience, rice are not as bad as simple bread.. most of carpenter and heavy worker in my country eat like a ton of rice daily, but a lot of them still thin and have toned muscle.. not as bulky as body builder, but they're actually sturdier than body builder..

and i eat rice daily too, and i still have toned abs..

Rice is made of complex carbohydrates, not simple. Simple carbs are sugars. Obviously you want a solid amount of carbs in your diet to ensure proper digestion and nutritional balance unless you're going full ketogenic, but that's a tricky diet and isn't for everyone.

With how big Koga muscle become in this chapter make me believe the theory about the Masked man in prologue is Koga https://mangadex.org/chapter/522435/6
