Honestly I'm for Eren so far.
Whole world treated the Eldians like a plague even though they'd done nothing wrong - only their ancestors, long-dead, did. Then Marley treated the Eldians like a RESOURCE, brainwashing them and giving them fucking Stockholm's - while still treating them like shit.
Then we come to the Wall Eldians, and the whole world is looking at their island and their resources as a get-rich-quick option. You can be sure they were all looking for ways to kill the Wall Eldians and claim everything for themselves even though the Wall Eldians especially were innocent due to a lack of knowledge and memory of the outside world. They couldn't bother anyone.
So if the whole damned world was planning on abusing and killing the Eldians, why SHOULDN'T they fight back? Just because they have a power that the others can't fight against? That doesn't make Eren a villain. That just means the rest of the world provoked the guy with the biggest stick, just because they thought he wouldn't use it. Then got Surprise Pikachu'd when he finally did.
