I would say you should take this down. This is unreadable, and if anyone's first contact with this work is this horrid they will probably not come back when there is a better version. Also this will discourage anyone actually knowing anything about English, translating and typesetting (unlike whoever did this) to pick this up. We should not reward horrid work.
