Focusing so hard on the shipping aspect of this manga might diminish ones enjoyment of it.
I prefer the slice of life aspect and have a lot of fun with each chapter.
Nobody needs to end up in a relationship with anyone and I can still get my fill of enjoyment out of this manga.

i doubt the series will continue if tadano picks either (komi) one, and once you get the requisite drama out of the way the romance stuff is generally lighthearted enough to fall into slice of life territory anyway.

and we got the requisite drama out of the way, so basically yeah expect fluff, wackiness and probably new characters from here forward.
