@Kidawesome55 might be possible that they will say that they collecting the dust and trying to restore him with. At the moment his only a head....

@nomadicengi I'm guessing thats the case as well. I think they may just regenerate his head and somehow have him able to talk or something. I imagine they just want his knowledge. Unless they want his power then Id imagine they fully revive him but in a sort of stasis which will predictably backfire.
