Well, I figured that Kung Fu Doctor Black Jack had a hand in Ohma's recovery. He's pulled off bigger bullshit than this.

Kazuo is right though. Perfectly Compatible Hearts don't just magically grow on trees. Ohma was likely cloned and there's an entire bank of spare organs just lying around somewhere. The question right now is if whether Ohma is the original or if there's a whole lot of Ohma Clones just in a test tube somewhere. Was Ryuki the original? Or maybe neither of them are the original.
