I've been trying to interpret this, but I'm not sure which is more accurate, given that it's not translated from a Korean RAW.
Absolutely not making fun of the author here, just an exercise in ambiguity.

1. "BBQ is (a) human right." / "(To) BBQ is human, right?"
As in: other animals (cats/dogs/etc.) lack the capability to harness fire to cook.
As in: if you're not grilling right, then you're not living right.
As in: putting it on the same level as freedom, and you can pry this delicious cooked meat from my cold, dead hands.

2. "BBQ is human rights".
As in: the strangest metaphor.

3. "(This) BBQ is human, right?"
As in: they're goddamn cannibals.
