I may be wrong, but on page... oh wait, the chapter got deleted, well, on the page where we see tanjiro form a bird's eye view, one of his eyes is black with the center white and the other is black with the center dark, i assumed he lost one of his eyes because it was covered by the demon flesh corruption during his struggle, but perhaps i was wrong.
