@The_Fool22 Unfortunately, I think the fate of their affections are sealed in stone. Just like most Harem stuff, the end result is probably already known by the first 'relationship' that gets established. She's doomed to lose. If they add more people vying for the TSF'd MC's heart, they're just doomed anyway, just like her.

Yep you're right.
Majority of TSF story will have the girl losing to a guy, there's no arguing it back because it does rarely happen if MC ended up with a girl (or the girl did become a guy).

Then MC randomly turn into a guy back, the dude who fell in love with him in the first volume are going for Shounen Ai.

Just don't expect him to end up with this girl. Don't, you'll be disappointed for sure.
