rule 4.4: Do not report any releases for any translation or visual quality issues that originate from the scanlator. These reports will be ignored.
rule 3.3.2: Only upload to the group "no group" if the scanlator does not wish to create a group.

As long as MD still keeps these rules up, there is no way to block these chapters. Snipers or trolls will keep clinging onto these loophole.

@ruthile13 & @Yatsuki I really feel ya, but we can't do anything except for waiting for individual user block function to get implemented, which is...not anytime soon. (last time I see it in suggestion was like...May 2019)

@Raolu @77BLc9JwJGpLVARkamJx On mangadex every chapter uploaded has the same treatment, be it botched or done with care. Thus a group who spends more time to do a good scanlation is put as an unfair advantage : their chapter are uploaded later and the only diference is the name of the group. Most people do not care about the group's name and there isn't a ranking system for every chapter.

You may think that it's still fine, that's your opinion after all, but most people here desire a slower release with quality than a botched faster one. If we allow this snipe to continue most current readers + all future readers will only read the bad version. Look at the view count of chapter 44 for Home Hero Scans : it's barely above 3000 views, the worst they have ever done on any chapter. The sniper has the same amount on his worse chapter. Fan scanlations groups like Home Hero Scan wishes to share a manga they find cool, if they see people are reading the worst version instead then why would they continue? Allowing snipers is the same as punishing groups who chooses quality over quantity.

"Just ignore and move on" Then we will be to blame because we couldn't provide a fair treatment for a good scanlation. If a referee doesn't stop a football player from kicking people then don't expect a fair game. Every player will cheat (bad quality scanlation) or quit.

@ChaosNoahV only applied to comments, not uploaded chapter (you can try that yourself). This is a planned implement since last year, but not yet available.
