@RaizoZikni I imagine she just stole it. Needless to say that clip of her admitting it is too vague to be substantive but if they catch her red-handed or look up that watch's serial they should get her.

Here's my theory, she's been filing the employee financial support claims but redirecting the money to herself. That's why it's related somehow to her throwing away the girl's application. She probably altered the application to get it approved but is getting the money sent to herself.
