I don't know if its just me but page 21 looks like it has an error. (not anymore, ty for quick fix)

"drop taxes I don't need much"
Aren't you forgetting public defense, and also having a treasury on hand in case of emergency, Mitsuha? The economy is one thing, but an emergency with nothing in the national bank is disastrous.

Military? You mean people are going to mess with the girl that summoned an army that slayed dragons?

poor store owner, what an absolute dick move by MC "that store that you own, that you need to feed your family, can you shut it down please? even if you don't ill just run you out of business and i won't even pay you for closing it"

@Red225 30% tax will be enough, it's a small territory and if an emergency comes Mizuha can get supplies on Earth. Just like when..... opps, if I say it then it will be a major spoilers so I'll keep my mouth shut.

@Doomer Mizuha didn't say it without compensation, did you actually read it? She said that closed it down but all employees andcthe former owner will be employed for the government own shop. Meaning it will be just turning from privately owned to government owned.

@Doomer She did say that she would hire him to help procure goods to sell at the territory owned store.

@Fwaifuxsenpai It's better than way, having a domain just makes it easier for the publishers to track you down and DMCA you. Just look at MangaStream/Valhalla Scans/etc.

@Doomer According to this chapter the guy wasn't making much money anyway because people were traveling to the Earl's shops for goods anyway. At least now the business will pick up and he'll get paid better as the territory improves.

Funny, one of the other author's works, Potion, also advised lower taxes, but in that it was touted as something that would bring more profit through traders.
At first I was starting to compare the two before remembering they're the same author, but yeah, they are in fact.
Comparatively, this series kinda undersold the value. Maybe there were other factors, like the other series' low tax location being more centralized in the first place so that it'd matter more.
Still, heyo to low taxes.

it's a bit sad for forestry because they don't get any improvement at the moment
