I don't get the "the story makes no sense complaints". Dud was an isekai hero. Back in real world but keeps power. Has PTSD/survivor's guilt so doesn't do shit despite there being a dozen ways to strike it rich. The senate or whatever that isekai'd him see he's shit and think "K send him our finest maiden" (yes, they miss the point. Like the readers here). Enter "daughter".

From there we get a few plot threads opened, but for now it's just been SoL of helping daughter adjust to IRL customs. It's not masterful story telling but I find nothing confusing. I'm not confused just because I wonder wtf that girl was being shoved in a trunk last chapter. Just very concerned.
