A mercenary group armed with modern firearms ended up being regarded as godlike in the alternate world; that implies that if there is magic, it is of a low or costly level there. Her explanation that it took a massive ritual which several magic users died was easily accepted, showing that it was entirely believable. The king doesn't have a magical advisor of any kind, and neither himself nor the prime minister has shown any hint of magical ability.

The Empire used translators and trainers to control the monsters, not magic spells or "taming" skills.

The four adventurers who showed up to her store, didn't have a magic user, and throughout the entire story to this point, there's been no demonstration of magic beyond Mizuha's dimension hopping which might not even be magic.

Hell a crossbow wound is considered fatal, meaning no healing magic exists either.

So given all these story indications, why would she assume she could introduce magic to the real world? Why would you assume that magic even exists?

tbh i believe WE have magic. Many myth and legend have spirit, magic, miracle stuff. There lot of paranormal activity too.

But i think magic is not common place cause they not as reliable as scientific method and knowledge.

Who better? A magician who study for years to cast fireball? Or a man with flamethrower he can buy at some store?

Or maybe we dont have magic cause those religious church doing witch hunting and ban the heresy stuff
