Chapters like these help the character dynamic feel richer. Since the cast was 4 girls + 1 grandpa, we desperately needed at least 1 more male character.

Yabuki is deliberately taking it slow this chapter, just introducing Soga's personality and the fact he has no immunity to Matsuri's sexiness, while reaffirming Matsuri's attitude toward Shirogane.

@AncientWatcher Because the Japanese still believe that harassment is not real or serious if it is another girl. Mostly due to the fact that the girl allegedly can not deprive another of honor. Depending on the author, this may be a light satire as in Clannad or an open excuse for rape as in many ecchi and smut manga.
