A Capable Maid - Ch. 11

It's clear that the 7th princesses death sparked the animosity the prince has for the king. And why he became so cold.

...I’m totally being that person right now, but royalty has taste testers. If this somehow slipped by & this is just not something placed in the story that will be overlooked later. Well, this is going to be interesting.

@theilikepie Yes. Lying politicians are so much more noble royalty. The only difference nowadays is that Bill and Hillary can't say they murdered Jeffrey Epstein publicly.

So which memory will she gain next?
Ch9. Ghost buster? Nope.
Ch10. Swordmanship trainer for silver? Nope.
Ch11. Dead member of a love tringle. Ding.

Wow, this part was intense. Very emotional.
Is this going to be the first time her meddling doesn't result in a happy end?

Hardly any dialogue and the dialogue that was there is very impactful. Good chapter.

Beautiful art, love the parts where it shows their younger selves and present selves tearing away from them. I must admit that Imperial guard is being dumb for sticking with a dead figurehead and rejecting the new one who also is his friend....makes no sense.

Killing character for plot progress is one of few think I hate but also weirdly love from story....

Kiel isn't the only one at fault since Prince was also there and didn't notivce the intruder nor the poison.

are the prince and Marie related ? since she was a princess is she his sister ?

@Mira995 Marie is the princess of a now destroyed Kingdom that for whatever reason ended up being invaded by the Empire, which is where the prince is from. So no, they have no blood relation, they just happen to be both royalty but from completely different families. The allusion to the Empire's princess (prince's actual sister) is for the coincidence that Marie's personality seems to resemble that of the sister, who got poisoned.
