A Capable Maid - Ch. 24

honestly the art is so fonkin powerful, like that scene where jane's kneeling on the scales and it was tipped downwards big ass props to the artist for channeling so much emotion in their imagery, mad talent

Kiel is a knight, do you guys really think he's never killed anyone? Or is murder different when you're just following orders?

Incidentally, I am reminded by the end that if she can't figure out that the prince is the same as that other guy now, then this Ghost of Sherlock Holmes bloke really isn't as good a detective as is advertised. XD

(Honestly, in a proper world this would actually put major holes in any instances of her "just being dense" about stuff in the future—well, about anything but romance I guess. But if you're going to invoke the fictional detective whose favorite parlor trick is magically deducing huge amounts of information about someone the moment they walk in the door, to whom no intrigue is impenetrable, and who is possibly a bigger Mary Sue than even this protagonist...

Well, I digress. I don't really expect her character to have additional insights beyond "solving crimes", of course, since everything else so far has been in these narrow terms.)

@Pokari Your comment made me laugh SO MUCH xD That Sherlock Holmes ghost must be that parallel universe Sherlock from Dai Gyakuten Saiban lmao hahahahahahahaha

Thank you again to NSS group for such an amazing work!

Haha, So it was Sherlock Holmes! So the witness was a westerner, stay tune after this cliffhanger!
