On serious note ... this chapter feels intense. I like the momment when marie’s deciding what to do and how reasonable it is to get caught even she hides her technique lvl. Bcs music is not only about techniques but there’s also how one interprets a song.

Man, I just can't shake the feeling that I'm supposed to make all of this out to be "romantic." But all I feel is hatred for the empire for imprisoning her, and for invading her homeland. Bastards. Well, I also get the feeling that it'll turn out that the Cloyan Royalty/Her Family deserved what they got, but that won't remove the fact that they killed innocent civilians and took POWs and turned them into slaves though.

it's not romantic at all so far but i think it's not meant to be... is this based on a novel or an original work??? i mean i like it because if there is a romance, i don't see it happening yet though?? i'm fully on team marie though, intrigued by how things will work out for her and the art is beautiful so i dig this series lol. poor marie cannot catch a break, aaaaah. hopefully one of the male leads gets likeable (we like kiel tho right? he's fine, right? i can't remember if he's done anything sketchy... i'm still kinda blah about him romantically tho, but i am super into the conflict between him and the crown prince )
