These laws only work as long as humans also have to abide to laws concerning robots. If it isnt the case, robots are basically just slaves and they even cant defend against humans, if humans attack robots.

That wont matter, if its just a machine, but that would be a huge problem if AI develops a human like consciousness, as its the case here.

In this manga the humans apparently didnt know, that the girl was a robot and that they basically comitted murder, because the robots have to abide to the laws, but Im highly confident, there would be humans out there, who would murder them knowingly-

There is no conflict though, law three specifies that it's "as long as it doesn't conflict with the first or second laws"
1. Don't harm humans
2.Always obey humans
3.Don't harm yourself

In that order, humans can't order robots to harm humans, but they can order them to harm themselves, as the second law takes precedence over the third

@Korath Well, yes. Robots are slaves. That's kind of the point of making robots. Check all the industrial robots making our cars--I'm pretty sure none of them get minimum wage or two weeks paid vacation. Admittedly, as soon as you start looking at sentient robots that's kind of evil.

You should look up what Robot means. The original word it's based on means "forced labor" aka slavery. Maybe it would be "moral" to make some laws regarding sentient robots, but idk I don't think the author really meant for this to be complex.
