Maybe it has been happening all along and I have forgotten because I haven't read in a while, but what was with use of names like Kylus and Valerie and the weird grammar used when they are talking together. Makes no sense, so is it something that comes from how they speak together in the original or is it just dodgy translating.

E.g. 'Until Valerie falls asleep' instead of 'Until you fall asleep' and 'I was very happy when Valerie said you trusted me' instead of 'I was very happy when you said you trusted me'
