But it's like watching a train wreck. All that energy and metal falling off the track: flames, twisting, awful sounds: so much effort for so much disaster. I had SUCH SUCH high hopes for this.

Yeah, I have to second the opinion that I want none of the girls hooking up with him.

Erika is a spoiled and lazy freeloader with no useful skills aside from fashion sense.
Hiro basically has no connection to him (which she realized herself this chapter).
Saki is one of those Tsunderes in manga that beat up male characters unopposed even though they have done nothing, which seriously rubs me the wrong way. And also doesn't have any marketable skills.

Sounds strange, but I'm rooting for the author to introduce a new female character.

It's really awful that every girl sucks, because no matter who he ends up with, it's gonna be bad. Segawa is at least someone with moderate drive and ability who can stand alongside him, but man... There's just no chemistry there.
