Even if the 3 are pronounced the same for a japanese was obvious that her name comes from Arthur, hell, she was even called Arthur while she reigned....

Nasus himself admitted in Artoria's profile within the Fate/complete material series (I forget which volume) that he derived Arutoria (that is, her name as written in katakana) from the name of the Roman general/warlord Artorius, since he's commonly believed to have been at least a partial inspiration for the original iterations of the King Arthur figure.
