This need to be picked up. It can be just be over with a oneshot. The character are feel a bit fresh. Especially the MC, if it was a regular rom-com the MC would be trying to avoid attention and be like 'no one likes me,' this is different, he is different. He asked FMC contact info without being awkward af. And FMC seems like she doesn't want useless drama and have her feelings sorted out. All on all I liked reading this oneshot. 8/10

@KAFi that’s precisely why it won’t be serialized. There isn’t enough drama to sustain a series, even this one shot resolved basically the whole story.

I once saw an anime with the similar setup (rough MC, FMC left her 1st choice high school), however it ended in disaster because they couldn't communicate.

I feel that this oneshot kind of fixed that for me and eased my heart. I'm glad this exists.
