I see exactly where this trope is going.

Panicked, she ultimately screams (in her thoughts) the name of her friend and suddenly her hand gets grabbed by the very heavily-breathing and extremely worried about her friend she was just "calling" for... she thinks it's some kind of fate, destiny and all that and what an absolute goddess she is for finding her, but the friend simply recognized her "loud" ""voice"" among the crowd.

And then there will be some twist like the 'friend' realizing that somehow the thoughts she heard from her were much more distinct and easily heard because she became "tuned" to the sound of her thoughts somehow or something like that.

Inb4 the next chapter comes and I get notified that I was reported for spoiling or smth, lol.
