A neat "if" but kinda glad it didn't happen.
My enjoyment from this manga stems from the unique take on gender bender and good dynamics between characters.
Hayasaka as a girl is way less interesting than Yasuda as a girl, and given Hayasaka does all the work while Yasuda slacks off the dynamic would be more frustrating.

Seeing what Yasuda's reaction would be and Hayasaka as a girl is a neat one off but that's the extent of it in my opinion.

As much as everyone wants it, the manga wouldn't be as interesting as everyone else thinks. It would just play out exactly the way Sugimura said it would be and that's really the usual formula for most genderswaps. It would be less interesting that way.
