I don't care if other readers & even the characters in this manga view Satoki as the cowardly black sheep. She was abandoned & dismissed from the start even though she clearly needs support & fair guidance from a wiser person. If someone's to blame for the spiraling plots, it's the human side themselves. & I still view her as the other Holy Maiden besides Haruka, no matter what others have been labeling her as.

Edit: Fudge... all that said, in the end, Satoki chooses escapism as her answer huh. As her mindset is still of a non-protagonist.
