A Private Story on Third Street - Vol. 1 Ch. 11

That page 9 is godlike, the veins in Ashigaru's eyes are a great touch

If we stick with the timeline established earlier in the commentary that there's a jump of about three months between each chapter (due to publishing dates)... I like how Pochtecatl has been wearing the hawaiiwan shirt from high summer into winter.

And then I realized they were stronger than we, because they could stand it. These were not monsters. These were men, trained cadres — these men who fought with their hearts, who had families, who have children, who are filled with love — but they had the strength — the strength! — to do that. If I had ten divisions of those men our troubles here would be over very quickly. You have to have men who are moral and at the same time who are able to utilize their primordial instincts to kill without feeling, without passion, without judgement. Without judgement! Because it's judgement that defeats us.

I know Mehmed II, I know William, but almost nothing about Francisco Pizarro. The wiki said he beat Inca Empire, but that doesn't really tell me much about the scale.

I do want to see Landsknecht after seeing a video about her in Youtube, but I think I want to see Almogavars more

@BCS Nice. I'm gonna save that to read again sometimes.

Bloody hell ... didn't expect the Almogavars here ... some insane shit ...

Also, realistically, the first street helpers aka Roman Legion are in best spot of conquering.

@xanon Yay indeed for Doppelsöldner Landsknechte mit Zweihänder

..
And today I learned that the most famous users of Zweihänders were the Marx brothers.. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marx_brotherhood

Don Pizarro, es hora de reclamar Japón, por Dios, Carlos I y la corona de Castilla.
