Where does owner get his income? I’d be surprised if even half of these freeloaders even paid any rent at all, as most of them don’t seem to even have jobs. But considering the probably not-legal housing arrangements, I suppose paying for some cheap smartphones is a small price to pay to house some illegal aliens if at least half of them pay rent or repair the dilapidate place every now and then.
