there are really only two logical options here.

1. the deer is beefy as fuck and can tank a hit from the beer. ( I mean if there are monster beers, who is to say there can't be monster deers? )
2. the deer got mauled in the same swipe attack after the tree got wrecked.

Kinda weird she was all the way up in the mountains alone. The only one who knew was her friend Aisha.
But the mc just going with "she is probably with aisha" is pretty stupid to asume if there is actual danger on the way.

This what i don't like in manga or ln, a forced even.... red bear mke fuss all around but flora not notice it, if we take logic, flora was grown up on near forest, usually people who grown up on near forest know what to do when there a danger, even i who like going to forest know what to do, when there a fuss usually first bird will fly scared, it will notice us there a something ahead and make our awarness high, in this step usually people have two choice depend on how far the danger it can be flee back to village or find safe place to hidden(climbing tree,hide in cave, going to river, etc) its different story if the red bear have calm judgment and stealthly, but that its.. idk who the editor of this manga but i can say the editor very lazy to miss this,

Ps: just annoyed when this simple logic bypass in editor mind, or editor-san maybe to much city person
