Interesting. It’s nice for sure, and there’s a good balance of cooking and romance, but I think the story of two leads pre-marriage could’ve been a little more fleshed out. Maybe two more BBQ dates over the months, a glimpse at the marriage, that would be nice.

Otherwise, decent set-up chapter. We are taking the inexperienced married couple dish and slicing it up it with a grilling element, so hopefully the combo will come out tasty. (God, that was terrible).

I rate this a medium out of a well-done. Hoping for more fluffy chemistry and cooking from here on out.
